If a return is related to a defective or damaged unit, we will provide RGA (return goods authority). Include all names and order numbers in the returned package.
Please note: If your package is on its way, you must wait for it to arrive and return it before you can receive a refund.
How to Cancel Order?
- You can cancel the order! You must cancel the order before shipping. If the item has been shipped, you will need to pay shipping. So wait for it to arrive and send an email to support@vitalairesystems.com to request cancellation and explain why.
If I entered the wrong address, what should I do now?
- If you misspelled or automatically entered the wrong address, simply reply to your order confirmation email and confirm. Once you check the address provided for errors, please notify us by email at support@vitalairesystems.com. If the address provided is wrong, we can change the address to the correct address within 24 hours. No refund will be given 24 hours after incorrect submission.
