Shipping Policy

To ensure that your package is delivered correctly and that you receive your package within the time period announced by us, please make sure that your address is entered correctly and contains all relevant and / or required information. The use of correct abbreviations, street numbers, building or apartment numbers, and routing information (if applicable) is essential to ensure timely delivery. If the address information provided at the time of purchase is incorrect or entered incorrectly, we will not be responsible for lost, misplaced or incorrectly delivered shipments.
The processing time for all orders is different from the time it takes for the goods to reach their destination.

According to various factors, in the United States, the standard domestic transit time is 5 to 8 working days (Monday to Friday)

Once your payment is authorized and verified, standard orders may take 1-2 business days (Monday to Friday) to process. This is only an estimate and does not include weekends or holidays.

Order Confirmation:

As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail. This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase.  As soon as we receive your order, we automatically confirm that it is in stock and available for shipment. If your item is on back order or unavailable, we will notify you with options. If your item(s) are not on back order, the order will move forward for shipping.

Damages/Defects:

We offer a 30-day exchange policy that is easy and hassle free for you in regards to receiving damaged or defective units. It is very important to keep your box (es) for the first 30 days. If we need to process an exchange of a defective or damaged item, you must use the original packaging.

Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) immediately when they arrive. If you notice any damage you should make note of it when signing for delivery.  If your item(s) do arrive damaged, please send photos and serial number of unit/items to support@vitalairesystems.com along with the damages noted with the delivery signature immediately. We will process an exchange to an identical unit at no cost to you for pickup and reshipment.

Cancellations:

You may cancel your order at any time or for any reason.  If you have already placed an order and would like to cancel it, please contact us immediately by calling us and request customer service.

We will do everything we can to stop your order from shipping, however we cannot guarantee this since we deal with manufacturers and some orders will come directly from manufacturer. We process/ship your order in the fastest way possible either from our manufacturer or our warehouse. If we cannot stop your order from shipping, you will be responsible for all shipping and handling charges both for shipping to you and return shipping back to us.

All orders cancelled after 48 hours are subject to a $25 administration fee, whether or not your order has shipped.

All refunds will only be issued to the original credit card that you used when placing your order, with all shipping & handling changes and administration fee if applicable deducted. 

If you ordered a unit with a no return policy and it has already shipped, then you may not cancel/refund if it has shipped.
